- Logistics: Delivery address (campsite, launch point, or residence) and rental dates.
- Payment Data: Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill and manage your equipment rentals and mobile deliveries.
- To process payments and authorize security deposits.
- To send operational communications (booking confirmations, safety orientations, and dispatch notifications).
- To provide localized "Outdoor Reports" if you have opted into our newsletter.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing) and Twilio (delivery notifications).
- Safety/Legal: If required by law or to protect the safety of our guests and the Ferry County wilderness.
